Meet Our Pastor

Pastor Roy Lee Trump

 After graduating from high school in Wyoming County, WV, Pastor Trump served in the U.S. Navy.  Shortly after his discharge, he was invited by a pastor friend to spend a week at Camp Joel in Winsten Salem, NC.  He was saved during that week, on August 6, 1973, by the end of that week pastor felt the calling of God in his life for full time service. He married his wife, Bethel, in 1976 and soon after moved to Chattanooga, TN to attend Tennessee Temple University.  During this time, he served as Chaplain of the Thomas E. Combs Composite Squadron of the Civil Air Patrol. In 1982, Pastor Trump, Bethel and their two children moved to Beckley, WV where he served as Assistant Pastor at Emmanuel Baptist Church until 1986.  They relocated to the Shenandoah Valley, where he served as Headmaster at Victory Baptist Academy.  While there Pastor Trump earned a diploma from Victory Baptist Bible Institute in 1987. God then called Pastor Trump and Bethel  to Maranatha Baptist Church where both were on staff. God used pastor and his wife  in various capacities in Maryland Baptist Bible College in Elkton, MD from 1988 to 1993.  The family being lead of God to serve in a full time ministry of pasturing  moved back to the Shenandoah Valley, and Pastor Trump was called to pastor Grace Bible Church in 1997.  During the 20 years of serving the Lord at Grace Bible, he has continued his education, earning a Bible Diploma from Faith Bible Institute in 2009 and a Bachelor of Theology from Titus Baptist Seminary in 2016.
